1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using CleanShift's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our commercial cleaning services operated by CleanShift ("us", "we", or "our").
2. Service Description
CleanShift provides commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Office building cleaning and maintenance
- Medical facility sanitization
- Retail space cleaning
- Educational institution cleaning
- Fitness center cleaning and disinfection
- Event venue cleaning
- Emergency cleaning services
All services are performed by trained, insured, and background-checked professionals using eco-friendly cleaning products and AI-powered quality monitoring systems.
3. Service Agreement and Scheduling
Service agreements begin upon signed contract and initial payment. Scheduling is managed through our AI-powered system to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Regular service schedules are established based on your facility's needs
- Changes to scheduled services require 24-hour advance notice
- Emergency services are available 24/7 with premium pricing
- Service cancellations require 48-hour advance notice
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in your service agreement and may include:
- Monthly billing for regular services
- Per-visit billing for occasional services
- Net 30 payment terms for approved commercial accounts
- Late payment fees of 1.5% per month on overdue balances
- Service suspension for accounts over 60 days past due
All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Additional services beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
5. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work with our comprehensive quality guarantee:
- 24-hour response guarantee for quality concerns
- Free re-cleaning within 24 hours if unsatisfied
- AI-powered quality monitoring and reporting
- Real-time service verification and documentation
Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to qualify for our guarantee.
6. Liability and Insurance
CleanShift maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:
- General liability insurance up to $2 million
- Professional liability and errors & omissions coverage
- Workers' compensation insurance for all employees
- Bonded and insured for theft and property damage
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or refunding the service fee. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Access and Security
Client responsibilities for facility access and security:
- Provide secure access methods (keys, codes, or key cards)
- Maintain current emergency contact information
- Notify us of any security system changes
- Secure valuable items and confidential materials
- Report any security concerns immediately
All CleanShift employees undergo background checks and security training. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client premises and information.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- 30-day written notice for regular service agreements
- Immediate termination for breach of contract
- Immediate termination for non-payment
- Final billing within 15 days of termination
Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We maintain the highest standards of data protection and security:
- Client information is kept strictly confidential
- AI monitoring data is used solely for quality improvement
- No client data is shared with third parties without consent
- All data is securely stored and encrypted using AES-256 encryption
- SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption protects all data transmission
- HTTPS-only communication with Perfect Forward Secrecy
- Extended Validation SSL certificates for verified secure connections
- HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) prevents downgrade attacks
- Certificate Transparency logging for public security verification
- Regular security audits and penetration testing

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and existing clients will be notified via email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
